As a director at Rangemore Capital, he focuses on angel investing, SME growth strategy, and hands-on consultancy-supporting management teams and founders across sectors to accelerate performance, strengthen operations, and unlock sustainable growth.

Prior to Rangemore Capital, Alex founded and built a multi-million-pound company in the education and travel sector, leading it to the top of its industry. During this time, he developed deep expertise in project management, operations, leadership, marketing, and the design of scalable business systems. His entrepreneurial success was preceded by a leadership role within a major education group, where he headed a pioneering start-up division and led global sales initiatives that helped redefine the sector.

Drawing on over a decade of first-hand experience across start-ups, scale-ups, and international sales, Alex brings a practical, founder-focused approach to investment and advisory work.
