Scott O’Mara is a senior technology and commercial executive with more than two decades of experience shaping strategic direction, driving organisational transformation, and leading high-value partnerships and teams across global markets. Holding Executive roles across multiple organizations, he has overseen regional strategy and growth, guiding the development of integrated technology solutions that address complex business and operational challenges. A passionate learner, problem solver and forward thinker, he finds great enjoyment in shaping and executing against a long-term value driven strategy whilst ensuring social impact is positively made to communities and partners.

Scott’s career includes senior leadership positions at WWT, Atos and Managing Director of ECK Advisory, where he advised organisations on value creation, commercial optimisation, and technology strategy. His early foundation as a Telecommunications Engineer in the British Army established a disciplined, results-driven approach that continues to define his leadership style as he continues to set the pace and drive for us to be a high performing team.
